Since 1912, millions of women's lives have been positively influenced – sometimes even transformed – by their Girl Scout experience. Whether you are one of the millions of women who were Girl Scouts, including Brownie Girl Scouts, or you were a volunteer or staff member who worked at the national or local level to help Girl Scouts reach their full potential, you are forever connected to a rich and vibrant movement.

Evidence of the positive and life-changing experience Girl Scouting has had on women can be found long after their days of selling cookies has passed. Whether they’ve grown to become a doctor, teacher, mother or judge, we all share a common influence — the lessons we learned at an impressionable young age, as taught by Girl Scout role models.

With Girl Scouts celebrating our 100th Anniversary in 2012, the stage is set for the greatest alumnae gathering ever! Be a part of the celebration. We are looking for women who want to:

• receive information about upcoming Girl Scout 100^th Anniversary events
• connect with other former Girl Scouts through local programs and events
• learn what Girl Scouting is doing today to build girls of courage, confidence, and character
• receive e-blasts that share stories of the Girl Scout experience throughout our area
• return to camp for a weekend of Girl Scout fun

Alumnae Cookbook…Is here!  Check it out online!

Many thanks to all of you who submitted your recipes!  We have so many recipes that we have decided the cookbook will be an ever changing book!  Every three months, the cookbook will reflect new recipes and we will continue with this cycle to make sure all are included at one time or another!  So, if you missed out on submitting your recipe, we will always be taking new recipes!  Just email to alumnae@gswestok.org.   Enjoy!!!!!
