The Counselor-in-Training (CIT) and Wrangler-in-Training (WIT) program is a fun and challenging three-part leadership course for young women interested in leading girls in the outdoors. Each participant must be prepared to work as a responsible member of her team, live in a rustic environment for an extended period of time and put the needs of younger campers first.

CIT/WIT 3 is a program focusing on apprenticing a specific program area at a camp setting.  Girls entering 12th grade and older and have completed CIT 2 or WIT are eligible to apply.
This program marks the culmination of the CIT or WIT program. Complete mini training, and then begin assisting in a program area. Choose a session you are available to intern in addition to the first session. CIT/WIT 3 girls may choose to intern additional sessions at no cost.

This program is an overnight camp.  Campers stay Sunday - Wednesday at Camp E-Ko-Wah.

Transportation is provided from the Mary Nichols' Family Leadership Center in Oklahoma City.  To ride the bus please arrive at 11:00am-12:00pm on  Sunday.  Pick up on Wednesday is at 5:00pm. The cost is $25 to ride the bus.
