TOPS (Troop Opportunity Product Sale)
A quick and easy way in which troops can earn start-up funds! One of the ways troops can use the funds is to purchase the new Journeys books for each of their girls (only $7) and/or their annual Girl Scout registration fee of $10. Troops may choose to participate in any or all of the components of the sale.
NEW THIS YEAR!! To really make it simple for troops to participate, customers can now place online magazine orders earning $2 each for the troop. The girls enter 12 e-mail addresses of family and friends and orders are placed online by the customer. Payment is also made online so that there is no money to collect or deposit! Families can renew all their magazines online earning quick start-up money for the troop. Parents just print off the online report to submit to the troop who submits it to the service unit at the end of the sale.
If each girl also submits one address booklet, the troop receives $2.00 for each one submitted. Of course, the troop receives $2.00 for all magazine orders and $1.00 for each nut and candy order.
