earthday

APRIL 5, 2014

What better way to celebrate Earth Day than with a Girl Scout Day at the Zoo? Spend the day at the zoo with your family or troop, where you will complete an animal-themed scavenger hunt to earn your Earth Day patch. Bring your own picnic lunch or enjoy the concession stands.

This event is open to any Girl Scouts of Western Oklahoma. This is a family-friendly activity,
so bring your family and friends!

The zoo opens at 9 am, but meet us at the Main Entrance at 11 am to receive your scavenger hunt. Activities to complete scavenger hunt will begin at 11 am.
These must be completed and turned in by 1 pm to receive Earth Day patch.

Participate in our STEM activity, the Prosthetic Leg Race,
by building your own working prosthetic leg out of recycled materials.

Adults - $6 (age 12 and up)
Kids - $5 (age 3 - 11)
Children 2 & Under - FREE

Last day to purchase tickets at discounted price is March 28nd. Tickets must be purchased through the zoo at full price after deadline.
