o   The museum is an official NASA eclipse viewing site. They will have telescopes setup with live images from our telescopes plus the NASA live video from the path of totality, both on split screen in the museum. In addition they will have a special desk setup where questions can be answered and special shows in the planetarium. They will have eclipse viewing ‘glasses’ available for people to view the eclipse as well. The eclipse will begin Monday August 21 at 11:36AM, maximum at 1:36 PM and end at 2:30. During maximum here in Oklahoma City, we will experience about 85% of the sun covered by the moon. It should be quite a sight even though we won’t see totality.
