GS Cornerstone is a group empowering and engaging young professionals, both men and women, to support Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma. Through GS Cornerstone, you will receive the opportunity to network with high-profile community and business leaders, as well as with like-minded peers.

Looking for a way to get involved in your community, make a difference, and build your networking connections?
By joining GS Cornerstone, you can choose which committee or committees you want to serve on. We have several great ones waiting for you to become a team member. Following is a list of available committees.
Events Committee
- Coordinates networking events throughout the year and the annual recruitment event in the fall.
Membership Committee
- Helps grow the organization by recruiting and retaining members.
Mentoring Committee
- Coordinates Gold Award mentorship program and other volunteer initiatives.
Gold Award Scholarship Committee
- Coordinates growth of Gold Award Scholarship Fund and scholarship selection process.
- Gold Award Scholarship Application

We would love to have you as a member.
The membership fee to join is $100. The breakdown of the membership fees is as follows:
- $50 of your membership dues are tax deductible
- $15 will go directly to the Girl Scouts USA organization to cover membership costs for girl scout volunteers
- $35 of your membership fee will be used by GS Cornerstone to help pay for activities and operational expenses.
Anyone can join the group at any time during the calendar year. To join you must complete the following two downloadable membership applications and turn them into the Girl Scouts –Western Oklahoma office.
Please mail or fax your completed membership forms to the following and direct it to the attention of GS Cornerstone. You can also scan and email your completed membership forms to Crystal Slater at CSlater@gswestok.org.
