Email Girl Scout Reward Card orders
Please follow the 5 easy steps below to use Reward Cards as payment.
1. Visit www.girlscoutshop.com and create a shopping cart with items you would like to order.
PLEASE NOTE: We may not be able to fulfill orders on the following:
• “Online only” or “special” items.
• Clearance Items
• Cross branded such as ADORA dolls, lip smackers, etc.
• Councils own merchandise from other Girl Scout councils.
If your order includes any of these, we will try our best to order them, but may have to refund you.
2. Enter your shipping zip code to add tax rates to your cart. Disregard the shipping cost and options.
GSWESTOK uses USPS for shipping, based on the weight of your items.
3. Copy your created shopping cart, and Paste into an email to this address:firstname.lastname@example.org
All orders are processed in our Oklahoma City shop during our business hours. Any orders emailed after hours will be received the following business day.
4. Include in your shipping information in the email order:
• Customer name
• Customer shipping address
• Customer phone number
5. Include Girl Scout Reward Card payment information in the email order:
• Name on card
• 12 digit card number from front
Yes you can include multiple Girl Scout Reward cards for payment.
Do not include credit card information. If a balance is owed, our shop staff will contact you during processing.
Girl Scout Reward Card expiration dates
The cards expire on the date noted on the front of the card. Our shops cannot accept expired cards as payment. If you submit an expired card as payment our Shop staff will contact customers via phone or email to inform customers. At that point we can proceed with another form of payment, or cancel the order if requested.
Payment Info In Email
This is for Girl Scout Reward Card purchases only. Email is not a secure way to send any credit card information. Shop staff will contact customers via phone or email to obtain credit card info if a balance is owed.
Not available Items
Some items we are unable to get in the shop. Those items noted online only, special, other councils own items, and/or limited quantity clearance. We are unable to order inventory of these items to our shops, and therefore cannot fill them in orders. You can order any of those items on the national website and pay with credit card. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Order processing time
All emailed orders are received and processed during regular business hours. They are processed and shipped from our Oklahoma City location. All orders sent during off hours are received the following business day.
GSWESTOK tries to use USPS for all shipping. Shipping is based on the weight of your items.
We try to use flat rate boxes for the heavy items. Estimated shipping time is 2-3 business days on in stock items. If an item is out of stock it can take a week or more depending on quantity and availability. You may experience shipping delays during busiest seasons (May, June, August & September.)
If you do not include all the necessary information to complete the order, our shop staff will attempt to contact you.
