Background Check

Girl Scouts of Western Oklahoma is committed to providing a safe and quality program for girls in the community as they participate in the program.  The criminal background check is a component of the volunteer placement procedure.  The background check conducted by Intellicorp Systems, includes criminal records searches of convictions, arrests, court records, inmate records and sex offender registries.

Background checks are performed online. Once your application is processed, an email with website and password will be sent to you. If you do not have internet access a paper form will be provided. Conviction will not automatically disqualify you from service. Circumstances will be considered, including the nature of the crime and length of time since conviction.
