Strategic Learning

As we begin our next century, we are committed to ensuring girls the premier leadership experience. The overarching goal of strategic learning is to create a strategic direction for our council that is built on a solid foundation. Strategic learning brings volunteers, staff, board members and community members together in a manner that asks new questions, stimulates new conversations, infuses new thinking, and accelerates the Girl Scouts' journey as we create our future state. How can you help? A large part of the strategic learning process is to better understand our stakeholder's needs. Please review the information on the top left and consider participating in our surveys. Your feedback is critical to our ability to best serve our mission to build girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place! Thank you in advance.
