The Retail Shop is permanently closed. This decision was made thoughtfully and reflects how shopping habits have changed, allowing us to better meet families where they are while using our resources responsibly.
Retail access will continue through:
- Online shopping at girlscoutshop.com (Program Credits can not be spent at the online shop)
- Retail trading posts at Camp Trivera and Camp Ekowah during events, summer camp and special bookings
- Mobile Shop Requests and Build-A-Bear parties, which remain available for booking
- For uniforms, badges and usage of cookie credits, please complete the appropriate order form and email it to shop@gswestok.org to fulfill your order.

This is a temporary process for ordering until May 29th, 2026. We are working on more sustainable options as we reimagine retail in ways that better support our members' and councils' needs.
All orders need to be submitted via email by the close of business on the following dates:
March 20th, 2026
April 3rd, 2026
April 17th, 2026
May 1st, 2026
May 15th, 2026
May 29th, 2026
As a reminder, 2025 cookie/Fall program credits for both individual Girl Scouts and Service Units expire om May 29th, 2026. They must be used by this date or will be forfeited. There will not be any extensions to this date.
